Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M — Ref. 217.30.42.21.01.003
The Planet Ocean has always been the most uncompromising expression of Omega's dive watch lineage. Four generations in, the 2025 redesign is the most significant evolution since the original 2005 launch — a sharper, more cohesive execution that brings the case, bracelet, and dial into a new visual language while keeping the signature orange exactly where it belongs.
The bezel is the first thing that registers. Polished orange ceramic ring, white hybrid ceramic diving scale, polished grade 5 titanium inner ring — three distinct materials working together in a construction that is both more technically complex and more visually resolved than its predecessors. The open-work Arabic numerals on the black matte dial are a deliberate callback to the original 2005 Planet Ocean, now rendered in orange and redrawn with squarer, sharper geometry to match the redesigned case. Rhodium-plated hands and indexes filled with white Super-LumiNova.
42mm polished-brushed stainless steel case. Grade 5 titanium screw-in caseback engraved with Omega's seahorse emblem. Flat scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on both sides. Stainless steel bracelet with extendable foldover clasp and diver extension. Water resistant to 600 metres.
The movement is the Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8912 — self-winding, 60-hour power reserve, time zone function, METAS-certified, resistant to magnetic fields exceeding 15,000 gauss. Geneva waves in arabesque finishing on the movement bridges.
