Are your watches authentic?
Absolutely. Every watch offered by Crown & Crystal is guaranteed 100% authentic.
Each piece is carefully sourced, inspected, and tested prior to listing. We verify authenticity and confirm proper performance before any watch is made available for purchase.
We stand behind every timepiece we sell and are committed to providing a secure and transparent buying experience.
How is the condition of your watches described?
We describe condition as accurately and transparently as possible. Each watch is inspected prior to listing and evaluated for overall cosmetic condition and performance.
Detailed photos are provided for every piece, and we are happy to share additional photos or video upon request so you can see exactly what you’re purchasing.
Our goal is complete transparency; no surprises.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind every watch we sell. If the watch is found to be materially not as described, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier’s adult signature (FedEx/UPS/DHL).
Any claim must be made within that 24-hour window. After 24 hours from confirmed delivery, all sales are final.
We encourage all buyers to inspect their watch promptly upon receipt and contact us immediately with any concerns. Our goal is a smooth, transparent, and secure transaction from start to finish.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank wire and Zelle for domestic transactions. Cryptocurrency payments may also be accommodated (subject to a 4% processing adjustment).
At this time, direct credit card payments are not accepted.
However, if you prefer to complete your purchase using a credit card, we are happy to facilitate the transaction through an established marketplace such as eBay or Chrono24, where applicable.
All payments must be fully received and cleared prior to shipment.
