1. Pre-Owned Timepieces

All watches offered for sale are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. As such, normal signs of wear consistent with prior use may be present. This may include, but is not limited to, minor marks on the case, lugs, bracelet, clasp, or crystal.

Each watch is carefully inspected and described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of pre-owned timepieces and the limitations of photography, minor imperfections may be present that are not specifically noted in the listing. If a material discrepancy exists, please refer to the return policy outlined below.

 

2. 24-Hour Inspection Period

You have 24 hours from confirmed delivery (as verified by adult signature through FedEx, UPS, or DHL) to notify us of any claim if the watch is materially not as described.

All claims must be made within this 24-hour inspection window. After 24 hours from confirmed delivery, all sales are final.

 

3. Shipping & Insurance

All watches are shipped via fully insured FedEx Priority Overnight delivery unless otherwise specified. Every shipment is insured for the full purchase value.

For security purposes, shipments are typically held at the nearest FedEx location for ID-verified pickup.

In the event FedEx is unavailable, UPS or DHL may be used at our discretion. Watches will not be shipped via USPS.

Each timepiece is carefully packaged to ensure secure transit. For added transparency and protection, the packaging process is video recorded prior to shipment to document the condition and contents of the package.

 

4. Service & Mechanical Performance

Each listing will clearly state whether the watch has been recently serviced. If a watch has not been serviced, it will be evaluated for performance prior to sale.

Where applicable, watches may be tested on a timegrapher to assess accuracy and overall functionality. Any known service needs will be disclosed in the listing description.

Unless otherwise noted, you can expect the watch to be functioning properly at the time of shipment.

5. Photography & Presentation

 

All photographs are taken using professional equipment, often including macro lenses. High-resolution images may reveal minor imperfections not easily visible to the naked eye under normal viewing conditions.

We encourage buyers to review all images carefully and request additional photos or video if needed prior to purchase.

6. Authenticity Guarantee

 

All watches sold are guaranteed 100% authentic.

Each timepiece is verified prior to listing. If box, papers, warranty cards, or accessories are included, this will be clearly stated in the listing. Any missing items will be disclosed.

 

7. Return Shipping (If Applicable)

If a return is approved within the 24-hour inspection period, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipments must be sent via FedEx, UPS, or DHL — USPS is not permitted. The watch must be packaged securely in the same manner in which it was received.
