How It Works

1. Submit Your Watch
Fill out the form below with details about your watch — brand, model, reference number, condition, and what's included (box, papers, service records). The more detail you provide, the faster we can move.

2. Ship Your Watch
Once we've reviewed your submission and agreed on next steps, you'll ship the watch to us securely. We recommend insured shipping to protect your timepiece in transit.

3. Inspection & Offer
Upon arrival, we'll carefully inspect the watch and verify its condition against your submission. From there, we'll present you with a purchase offer or a trade-in value you can apply toward any watch in our current inventory.

4. Secure Authentication (Optional)
For added peace of mind, we offer a third-party authentication option through Bennisson, an independent watch authentication service. Your watch will be sent directly to Bennisson for inspection, and payment will be held in escrow until authenticity is confirmed. Once cleared, funds are released to you promptly.
